Late 17th-18th century gold pectoral with emeralds and chai

Large antique pectoral from the late 17th/early 18th century, made of gold with emeralds in various cuts, the main one being a cabochon and the rest rectangular or square cuts. The piece bears a strong resemblance to the famous Miramamolin emerald, found in Navarre and cataloged as dating from the second half of the 17th century and of American origin, and also to the "rose" that appears superimposed on the stem of the monstrance in the Convent of Santa Teresa in Arequipa, Peru. It is presented with a long chain made of 18K gold granulation, attached to the clasp, possibly as a processional pendant. Pectoral Dimensions: 10 cm (length) x 5 cm (width). Chain length: 120 cm. Total weight: 105 g.
