Attending the rooms and raising your hand when the lot that interests you comes on sale and, if there are various bids, continue bidding following the auctioneer’s instructions.
If you are the winner, you will be given a form that you must fill out with your details and sign.
They may be presented in advance and up to 5pm on the day of the auction. The form may be found at the rooms, in the catalogue and on the web, or send a mail to [email protected].
Besides including the personal details that are requested, on it you must specify the maximum offer and Ansorena personnel will win it for you at the lowest possible price, depending on the existing offers.
If the lot that interests you has a starting price of over 300 euro, you can request that a personnel member phone you at the time of auction of the said lot.
For this, you need to fill out a form (see offers in writing) and present it up to 14.00 on the day of the auction. A telephone bidding request implies that the starting price will be covered, where there are no other offers, and even if a telephone connection cannot be established, the lot will be sold to you.

If you have made an offer in writing, you will be sent a letter over the days following the auction.
You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or in cash. Credit cards are not accepted as payment for lots acquired at auction; the payment period is for one week after the same has taken place. The total price is that of the winning bid plus 22 % including VAT.

Lots may be collected from our rooms at Alcalá 52 from the day after the auction takes place (please consult regarding furniture and large objects). If the client would like the lots to be delivered, he may either use his own transport agent or Ansorena can manage the delivery through a transport company.

The objects acquired at auction and that remain for longer than the time stipulated in our general conditions, will be subject to storage fees.
A evaluation must be made of the object to be sold, for which you have at your disposal our team of experts who will advise on the best price for your sale.
Once the starting price has been agreed, you will be informed of the conditions of sale (Commission, catalogue fees and insurance). With this as the basis, acontrat is signed where the agreed clauses are stipulated.
All sellers receive a catalogue where their works are listed, along with the lot number and date of auction. The day after the same, sales can be consulted.
Payment of the corresponding sum from the sale at auction will be made from thirty days after the date of the auction taking place, as long as the lot has been paid for by the buyer.
