WHAT GUARANTEES ARE IN THE JEWELS AND IN THE AUCTIONED WORKS
Ansorena guarantees the period, gems and precious stones that are specified in the cataloging of the lots of jewels. Ansorena will not be responsible for the damage, breakages, restorations, running of the watches, etc. even if it had not been listed in the Catalog. According to the works, the authorship and/or attribution of the works is based on the experience, loyal knowledge of the Room and/or consultation with the different experts in each author and/or School at the time of the production of the catalogue. Any manifestation printed in the catalogue and referring to authorship, attribution, date, age, origin and condition is always the expression of an opinion.

CAN I RETURN A LOT?
The lots will be auctioned in the state in which they are found. The room would not accept any claim about restorations, damage, breakage, etc., even if they have not been recorded in the catalog. The purpose of the exhibition of the lots is to allow a perfect examination and study of the same by the interested persons.

DO YOU HAVE PREMIUM PRICE?
The amount that the successful buyer must pay on the acquisition price will be increased by 22%, VAT included, as a right or brokerage of the Room for their mediation in the operation. The amounts that correspond to expenses of advice, packaging, transport and storage of objects and works, will be additionally paid to Ansorena by the successful buyer, before collecting the acquired good.
