ANSORENA WILL HOLD ITS NEXT AUCTION ON 28, 29 AND 30 OCTOBER

Ansorena will hold its next auction on 28th, 29th and 30th October. Works by prominent artists such as: Fernando Zóbel, Miquel Barceló, Manolo Valdés, Carmen Laffon, Mariano Bertuchi, Girolamo Genga... and an exceptional ‘Santa María Magdalena’ by Francisco Ribalta.

In the Decorative Arts section, period furniture, carvings, tapestries, carpets, porcelain, 17th century silver objects... will be auctioned, together with an important collection of antique jewellery and watches.

‘Sometimes you are surprised to see how they look at you and how close they get. I would only add that the city, the big city, is an amazing setting for a painter who, like me, is astonished by this dynamic full of life, rhythm and emotions. Lights, shines, reflections, speed... between constructions that compete with the sky, from below, between cars and signs, to above, to the illuminated infinity.
