Oil on canvas Previously attributed to the painter Alexandre Jean Noël himself (1752-1834), it seems rather to be a work made from the engraving that belonged to the "King's Topographic Collection" and was published as part of Noël's "Collection of Ports of Spain and Portugal", engraved by François Allix (1752-1794).
