Pair of porcelain vases, China, 19th century - 20th century

meaning “Made in the Kangxi period of the Great Qing Dynasty.” This inscription was used on later reproductions intended for export, so these are Kangxi-style pieces (17th-18th centuries), although made at a later period. They feature cobalt blue enamel decoration on a white background with floral and plant motifs, and handles modeled in the shape of Fo lions. They have small flaws. Measurements: 46 cm high each.
