PATEK PHILIPPE LEPIN SILVER WATCH CIRCA 1930

Patek Philippe silver lepin watch, circa 1930. The silver case was commissioned by the "Union des Sosiette de Tira de France," with the inscription engraved on the bezel and a winged figure on the back bearing the legend "Honeur et Patrie" (Honor and Fatherland), serial number 759920. The silver dial features black enameled Arabic numerals and a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. The unsigned movement is typical of Patek Philippe and was possibly commissioned by a French merchant for use in the commemorative cases. Measurements: Length: 68 mm. Diameter: 55 mm. Weight: 95.5 g.
