Lepine watch in an 18k yellow gold case with a manual winding system and a remontoir movement. Guilloche case back with a fluted waist. White enamel dial (with some defects) with black Arabic numerals for the hours and minutes, a separate seconds subdial at six o'clock, and Fleur de Lys/Louis XV hands. 19th century. In working order.
