Patinated Bronze sculpture on a wooden base. Signed on the left side. This piece is a tabletop version of the famous sculpture located in Batlle Park in Montevideo. It was presented by Club Atletico Peñarol to the City of Cadiz in 1961, on the occasion of their participation in the VII Ramon de Carranza Trophy, as indicated by the dedication engraved on the base: “Club Atletico Peñarol of Montevideo to the City of Cadiz”.
