DUBON À PARIS catalino clock in a yellow gold case, movement signed and numbered no. 1456 with an openwork chevron. White porcelain dial with black enamel Arabic numerals, keyhole at 2 o'clock (key not included), and fleur-de-lis hands. Front bezel with a rhinestone border and back cover with a delicate enameled scene (with some losses) on a cobalt blue background depicting a pair of wading birds around a fountain. One of the birds holds a snake emerging from above, adding dynamism. The scene is decorated with metal appliques and inlays simulating stones, the entire composition framed by a garland of flowers.
