A late 17th-century BERTROUD PARIS verge watch with a gilt metal case and movement signed and numbered "9106". The back features an enamelled porcelain portrait of a lady surrounded by faceted crystals and embossed garlands with plant and floral motifs. The dial is white porcelain with a keyhole at two o'clock, a bezel surrounded by crystals, black enamel Roman numerals for the hours, and external Arabic numerals for the minutes.
