French verge escapement watch in an 18k yellow gold case, with a key-winding system (included). The caseback features an engraved bezel with an oval enamel portrait of a lady framed in silver-plated metal with rhinestone decoration. The white porcelain dial features black Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, a keyhole at two o'clock, and a Louis XV-style hand (some missing). 18th century.
