A work by Jesús Soler to auction in support of Fundación Aladina

On 29 September, Ansorena will auction Jesús Soler’s Azul y ocre (Rostros de Panamá), with a starting price of €2,000. Proceeds from the sale will go to Fundación Aladina, contributing to one of its most ambitious projects: Casa Aladina.

Since 2005, Fundación Aladina has worked to improve the lives of children and teenagers with cancer and their families, providing emotional, psychological and practical support throughout their treatment. The foundation currently works with 22 hospitals across Spain and supports more than 2,000 children and their families every year through programmes, therapies and initiatives designed to accompany them and make their time in hospital easier.

Through this auction, Ansorena will contribute to making Casa Aladina a reality: the first day centre in Spain dedicated to providing comprehensive support outside the hospital environment for children and teenagers with cancer, their families and survivors.

With a planned investment of €15 million, entirely funded by Fundación Aladina, Casa Aladina is a pioneering project in Europe: a space conceived to provide wellbeing, recovery and support for patients and their families.

Its facilities will offer completely free access to psychological support, dog-assisted therapy, art, music, theatre and film workshops, aquatic rehabilitation and physical exercise, among other activities.
